The Midlife Club is an activities-based support group for men in or approaching midlife — designed to tackle loneliness, boost mental well-being, and build meaningful connection through shared experience.
We create spaces where men can drop the mask, show up as they are, and reconnect with a sense of purpose — whether that’s through walking, talking, lifting, learning, or simply listening.
Our approach is grounded in the belief that a healthy body supports a healthy mind. That’s why physical activity is a key part of what we do — not for competition, but for connection, movement, and momentum.
This is more than a meetup and talk group. It’s a movement to help men help each other — one genuine conversation at a time.
We believe in leading with kindness, curiosity, and courage. We’re laying the foundations for a social enterprise rooted in community and integrity, where trained facilitators and peer support networks make real change not just possible — but sustainable.
All Midlife Club meetups are drug- and alcohol-free, creating a safe and grounded environment for everyone. And because we believe no one should miss out due to cost, our events run on a pay-what-you-can basis — made possible by the generosity of donors and community contributors.
Our facilitators are not mental health professionals, but they complete training in mental health awareness, safeguarding, and signposting — giving them the tools to support others with empathy, safety, and responsibility.
